ONVIF RTSP GB28181 MJPEG Raw thermal ISAPI Dahua CGI UNV LAPI

When a camera's ONVIF stack falls short, LENS View falls back to vendor-native control — Hikvision ISAPI, Dahua CGI, Uniview LAPI, IDIS and more — plus a dictionary of 113 known RTSP paths grown from real deployments. Cameras come online even when their firmware misbehaves.

LENS Intelligence handles onboarding. Point it at a subnet and it discovers devices, identifies the vendor family from the RTSP path alone — no credentials, no probing — pulls channels off NVRs, and tells you which cameras it couldn't reach and why. Across one 152-camera site, every ONVIF operation it issued succeeded, 152 of 152.

The problem

Every blind spot is a risk.

Outdated security fails when it matters most. Missed threats, slow responses, and blind spots create vulnerabilities.

Inefficient video retrieval

Hours of scrubbing timelines to find thirty seconds of footage. Evidence goes missing, investigations stall, and incidents outlive their answers.

Slow system response

Alerts that arrive after the fact are just reports. When detection lags the event, operators react to history instead of preventing what's next.

Cluttered user interface

Sixty-four tiles and no story. Legacy VMS walls bury the one feed that matters, so critical moments hide in plain sight until it's too late.

LENS Intelligence

Meet the intelligence inside.

The same agent that runs national rail networks and island-wide SWANs now watches your estate. It analyses, acts, and auto-heals — and tells you what it did.

01 by LENS

Detect & correlate

Every frame inferenced at the edge. Signals across cameras fuse into one incident — not sixty-four alarms.

02 by LENS

Diagnose root cause

Stream dropped or lens blocked? Person or shadow? LENS reads the evidence before it wakes anyone up.

03 by LENS

Apply the remediation

Re-buffer the stream, re-arm the recorder, page the right operator with the clip already attached.

04 by LENS

Verify & confirm

Nothing closes until it's proven closed. Recovery is checked, logged, and auditable — every time.

Ask in plain language

“Find the man in the red jacket, west gate, last 30 minutes.” Search footage the way you'd brief a colleague — answers in under a second, evidence attached.

Acts before you're paged

Dark camera at 02:14? Re-buffered and verified by 02:15. LENS Intelligence runs the closed loop autonomously and briefs you on what it handled.

Every call explainable

0.97 means 97 — never “the model said so.” Each detection ships with the frames, the confidence, and the reasoning that produced it.

Capabilities

What VIEW does on the floor.

Face recognition

1:N matching at urban scale. 2D, 3D-from-2D and IR, with calibrated confidence on every match.

ANPR & vehicle

Plate, make, model and colour across visible and IR. Trained for Indian, GCC and EU plate formats.

Behaviour & anomaly

Loitering, intrusion, fall, fight, abandoned object. Thresholds set per deployment, not per vendor default.

Thermal events

Hotspot detection, perimeter breach in zero light, PPE compliance under harsh lighting.

Edge inference

Runs on Jetson Orin/AGX, Hailo-8/15 and x86 edge boxes. Cloud is optional, not assumed.

Explainability

Every detection opens to its evidence: contributing frames, features, confidence breakdown.

Independently benchmarked

Face recognition ranked #1 in the world by NIST.

The face-recognition algorithms inside LENS View are developed by our technology partner QazSmartVision.AI and independently evaluated by NIST under the FRTE programme, where they hold multiple #1 rankings. QazSmartVision.AI recognises LENS Corporation as its preferred partner for facial-recognition deployment in India.

Straight answers

Questions procurement actually asks.

Will LENS View work with our existing cameras and NVRs?
In most cases, yes. LENS View supports cameras and NVRs using ONVIF Profiles G, M, S and T, RTSP, and vendor-specific integrations for widely used device families. We confirm the exact models and firmware during discovery so compatibility is proven before rollout.
Can it run without internet, or fully air-gapped?
Yes. Edge and on-premises deployments can run without a cloud dependency, and a fully air-gapped design can keep video and inference inside your network. Offline licensing is supported; the update method and any external-integration dependencies are agreed as part of the solution design.
Do we have to license every analytic?
No. Analytics can be enabled and licensed only for the cameras that need them. The commercial package is sized around your selected capabilities and channels, so you do not have to buy the entire analytics catalogue.
Where does our video data live, and how long is it retained?
You choose the architecture: edge, on-premises, hybrid, or cloud. Recordings can remain on local or server storage, DAS, NAS, iSCSI, or an approved cloud design, with retention and protected-clip rules configured to your operational and compliance requirements.
Can operators use LENS View on web, desktop, and mobile?
Yes. LENS View supports web and desktop clients, plus Android and iOS access for live video, recorded video, alerts, and supported camera controls. What each user can see or do is governed by role-based permissions and the deployment's network policy.
What alerts can LENS View send?
LENS View can raise alerts from cameras, recorders, storage, system health, digital inputs, and configured AI events. Alerts can appear in the operator console and, where configured, be delivered through email, mobile notifications, or connected response systems.
Can it integrate with our other security and enterprise systems?
Yes. LENS View provides API and SDK integration paths and supports common interfaces for access control, fire alarms, digital I/O, SNMP, MODBUS, and third-party analytics. The exact interface and workflow are validated during solution design.
How are security, privacy, and user access handled?
The platform supports role-based access, two-factor authentication, audit logs, encrypted transport, custom SSL certificates, privacy masking and blurring, and configurable retention. The final hardening baseline is matched to your network, policy, and regulatory requirements.
How accurate is face recognition?
There is no honest universal percentage: results depend on camera position, resolution, lighting, pose, image quality, and watchlist design. We validate performance with your real cameras and representative data during a pilot, then tune thresholds to the site's operating conditions.
How is the system sized for our site?
Sizing is based on camera count, resolution, frame rate, recording schedule, retention, analytics load, concurrent users, and redundancy needs. LENS Corporation provides the server, storage, network, and edge-compute design for the agreed workload instead of applying a one-size-fits-all capacity claim.
What compliance documents are available for Indian government procurement?
Depending on the tender scope, the procurement pack can include applicable LENS View STQC/VAPT documents and LENS Corporation ISO certificates. We verify each document's scope and validity against the bid instead of making a blanket certification claim.
Can we test LENS View before a full rollout?
Yes. A 14-day trial can be arranged on your own cameras, with help defining compatibility checks, configuration, and success criteria. The rollout, training, support, and service commitments are then documented in the proposal and SLA.
